Bringing Istrian wine to the UK market

When there were only a handful of Croatian wines in the market, Judith and Trevor of Pacta Connect decided to bring in more. But in order to do so they spent several years visiting different producers around Croatia. What did they find? They share their experience of bringing native (unheard of) wines from Croatia into the UK. This full length interview – at a wine bar on a busy street in Rovinj – looks into the native wines, the different styles, and the challenges of bringing in new wines into an established market.
