We just finished our tour of South America’s wine regions, and we will soon be venturing to North America for the autumn harvest! We’re looking forward to visiting a range of beautiful and pioneering wineries, interviewing top winemakers, chefs, experts and sommeliers to discover the northern New World frontier, their wines and the stories behind them.
It’s always fun to image the next adventure when trip planning, but it’s also a lot of research! We love word of mouth suggestions from our readers, and we appreciate any connections you have on the ground that would make our journey even more interesting. Below is a preview of the regions we are visiting:
- Wine Bloggers Conference, August 11-14, Lodi, California, USA
- Napa and Sonoma Valley, California, USA
- Willamette Valley, Oregon, USA
- Columbia Valley, Washington, USA
- British Columbia, Canada
- Okanagan Valley, Canada
- Special stop in Los Angeles, California, USA
- Valle de Guadalupe (near Ensenada), Mexico
- Parras Valley & Casa Madero (A step into the history of Mexican wine & America’s oldest winery!), Mexico
- Mexico City (DF), Mexico
- Finger Lakes, New York, USA
- Niagara Peninsula, Canada
- Ontario, Canada

If you live near one of these wine regions and would like to host and invite your community or friends to a special event or tasting with 80 Harvests, that would be wonderful! One of our goals with 80 Harvests is to build a global community connected with the world of wine, and events are a fun way to bring people together who share a passion for wine and traveling. Please email us to share your idea.
We are also seeking key sponsors for our tour of North America. If you, your winery or your company would like to sponsor Around the World in 80 Harvests and be part of this global modern-day wine and travel project, we would love to partner with you! Our ability to visit all of these wine regions and produce great content and stories from the journey largely depend on our budget. So we greatly appreciate your support and will make sure it’s mutually beneficial for you, too!
