There are some food and wine pairings which are essential to understand the local culture, and this is one of them: empanadas and Torrontes from Salta! When we were in Cafayate in Salta in March this year, we spent an afternoon with chef Gabriel Rodríguez at Piattelli winery to learn the secrets to the best empanadas salteñas!
